Turns out there is a problem with their website and using gift cards. (ya think?) They don't know when it started, they don't know what the problem is, they don't know when it will be fixed. "Thanks for calling..."
I swear ULTA is like a bad boyfriend that treats me like crap, but i can't break up with. I'm getting there though.

At least they made an effort, right? Like the bad boyfriend that doesn't call for four days but then he has tickets to some great concert, so you can't hate him too much. I guess I'm lucky there's an Ulta just down the road from my house, so I don't have to deal with the online stuff.
Now this is why I'm loyal to Sephora. They've yet to let me down.
Now that I've said this, something will go wonky with my next order. Sigh...
Ditto on the greatness of Sephora! Of course, I can't walk in the door over there and leave spending less than $100. But, I sure love it!
